OUR EXECUTIVE BOARD

President (Cathy Mead)- Plans and runs monthly meetings. Reminds each committee chair of his/her responsibilities. Sends out emails to keep membership informed of upcoming events and opportunities. This is a one year commitment that is usually held for two years.

 

VP of Technology (Carrie Wiggins)- Manages PTA website and emails. This is a one year commitment that is usually held for two years.

VP of Membership (Paula Matheson)- Sends emails at the beginning of the year to introduce the PTA and encourages membership. Manages membership cards and reports our numbers to the Illinois PTA. This is a one year commitment that is usually held for two years.

 

Secretary (Julie Lyons)- Keeps notes during monthly meetings. Reviews, then reports the previous month’s notes to the membership. This is a one year commitment that is usually held for two years.

 

Treasurer (Jill Donaldson)- Manages the PTA financial accounts. Makes payments and deposits throughout the year. Reports to the membership during the monthly meetings. Will need to reference previous transactions to frame new proposals or changes to our programs. This is a one year commitment that is usually held for two years.
