Spirit Wear (Nancy Bifulco)- Plans and executes spirit wear. Traditionally we have used Holy Cow Sports as our supplier. They have an online component that the chair sends via email. The chair the distributes the orders.

Dining for Dollars (Maureen Perry)- Organizes restaurant nights. Contacts restaurants willing to donate a percentage of their sales during a determined time frame to the OMS PTA. The chair emails membership and community to dine for dollars for the PTA.

 

Butter Braids/Cookie Dough Fundraiser (Maria Brummel)- Communicates with distributor to organize the fundraiser.  Distributes and collects all order forms and money. Submits consolidated order to the distributor. Coordinates delivery of product and oversees pick-up by the students. There is one sale in the Fall and a second one in the Spring.

 

Fitness Center (Maria Brummel)- Communication between the PE teachers and the chair happens in the late summer/late fall. Teachers pass out donation forms. Chair collect the forms and coordinates with parent artist to paint donor names in the fitness center. This happens throughout the year.

Spring Fundraiser (VACANT)- We have used this event as a main fundraiser for our PTA. The chair can organize or change as s/he sees fit. Traditionally these funds have been used for the eighth grade end of the year trip. Many volunteers will be needed. The event is usually in the late winter/early spring.
